How to Treat your Shoulder Injury at Home

So I’ve had a major breakthrough in figuring out my shoulder injury!!!! I hadn’t been able to do any upper body workouts for the last 6 weeks and it was really depressing me. So I started researching how to treat your own shoulder injury.

According to the U.S. Centers of Disease Control (CDC), there’s been a huge increase in shoulder injuries in the past 15 years. If you’re going to be working out, then it’s very important that we learn not only how to treat shoulder injuries but also how to prevent them.

I’ve learned A LOT and most importantly, figured out what was causing MINE! and it was the last thing I thought it would be.
Due to the high interest in this topic, I’ll did a few videos showing you how to treat & prevent shoulder injuries.
