Meatza (low carb meat pizza)
    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix crust ingredients in a bowl. Lightly spray 9×15 cookie sheet (use on that has sides) with cooking spray. Push crust mix into the pan and form crust. Cook in the oven for 25 mins.
    2. We got the chicken sausage from Sprouts. If you’re unable to find ground chicken sausage at your local store’s meat department, you can use ground turkey sausage like this one.
    Pizza sauce
    1. Add ingredients into food processor or blender and blend until desired consistency. Top meat crust with 1/2 cup sauce then store the rest in an air tight container in the fridge for another time making meatza!
    1. Top with 1 and 2/3 cup mozzarella cheese. Add you favorite toppings and then put meatza in the oven for another 5 minutes if just cheese. If using additional toppings, after cooking for 5 minutes, broil for additional 2-3 minutes to cook toppings and brown the cheese.
