- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard (lessen to 2 tsp if you don't like dijon mustard)

- Move over Mayo! There's a new way to make Egg salad...and it's FIX APPROVED!!
- Boil eggs. Peel and mash. Then add cottage cheese, dijon mustard, dill weed and salt and pepper to taste. Put in tortilla, roll up and enjoy!
- Quickie Tip: Boil a dozen eggs at the beginning of the week. Then you'll have some quick grab and go protein (red container) for the week.
