- 1 package of bacon (14 pieces)
- 2 tsp of home-made smoky blend
- Smokey Blend
- 2 tbsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp granulated onion
- 1 tbsp chipotle powder
- 1 tbsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp sweet paprika
- 1.5 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1.5 tsp black pepper

Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 375
- Trim fat from chicken. If it's chicken breasts, cut them in half
- Lay out bacon in baking dish
- Sprinkle 1 tsp of smoky blend across the bacon
- Wrap chicken in bacon
- Sprinkle 1 tsp of smoky blend across top
- Bake for 40 mins or until internal temperature is 165 degrees
- You can eat as-is or chop up and use as a salad topper.
