New P90 Workout from Tony Horton
Are you just easing back into exercise? Not ready for an extreme program like P90X? Well the new P90 is an excellent starting point for someone who is out of shape. Tony Horton calls it the “onramp to fitness”. I’m excited for this because I’ve seen many people attempt to do P90X or Insanity and then never finish it because it’s difficult to keep up with. The original P90X is 60 minutes but right now, it looks like the new P90 workouts are less than 30 mins!
Kate and I were sent a special advanced copy of P90 from Beachbody for being Elite coaches! We worked out together to it and did a quick review of it for you. Both of us are pretty fit, so we were really curious to see how it compared to workouts like P90X3 and TurboFire.

Welcome to the new P90
Tony wants to help everyone get healthy and strong and after YEARS of making extreme workouts, like P90X, P90X2, P90X3, he decided to remake Power 90 and create the new P90 Workout.
It’s more doable, less extreme, and is done a 90 day package designed for all ages and all fitness levels. The idea is to get people slowly into the process of feeling good, feeling fit… healthy. P90 is do-able, it’s efficient and it’s fun. You can modify every move. Every day you get stronger, and day by day, you can do more.
Our P90 Workout Review
Watch our video to get the full review but to summarize what we experienced:
- P90 is fun
- There’s someone 61 years old in the video
- P90 has great variety
- It’s short and concise — not a lot of talking or breaks.
- It’s NOT easy… it’s not a walk in the park but it is doable
- It’s low impact, and moderate intensity
- You will get results from it!
