How to setup an awesome home gym
We’ve now been working out in our home gym for 5 years and it has been a huge help in getting our workouts done each day. I was never able to get my workouts in consistently until I finally started working out at home. I didn’t think I would be motivated to workout at home but I fell in love with the RESULTS I got from doing Beachbody programs like P90X, Insanity Asylum, 21 Day Fix and Bodybeast. For this reason, having a place to workout at home is essential!
