So I woke up this morning not feeling motivated to workout… Even after having my best week in results yet. I found that I’ve been procrastinating the last few weeks on a work project as well. Then I opened up my daily msg and saw this:

So I decided to try a new brain technique I learned recently that helps you identify fears and negative thoughts and how to get rid of them.

I decided to try it out… Not only for this, but also for a project I’ve been avoiding for the last 3 weeks.

Brain Technique for overcoming fear & doubts

I spent 5 minutes doing this activity and I found some fears that were under the surface. Once I was done I felt like a weight was lifted from my shoulders.

I literally lept up and went and crushed Insanity Max 30!!! Now I’m going to work on that project I was avoiding!
