So this week I learned how a lack of water can HINDER your results! Preparing for my first natural Mens Physique competition (12 weeks out), I had another week of great results but I had a scare when weighing in because of too much sodium not enough water. After checking my results again the next day, they were improved because the bloating was gone. All was well with the world again 🙂

Harbinger Polypro Dip belt
I added ANOTHER new home-gym toy this week (this is getting fun!)… the Harbinger weighted belt.
This allows me to really develop my back with weighted pull-ups. I will also be able to do weighted dips.
I love how sturdy it is, yet also light so it can be moved around very easily.
