You’ve been busting your butt, tracking what you eat and still the scale won’t move! Those are the days that you have to look past that number and push yourself to the next level. What can you do now that you couldn’t when you started? Are you getting stronger? Are you able to keep up with your day (no afternoon crash)? How about sleeping better?

I decided to look back at my numbers from when I first started P90X3. The first number is from Decemeber 26th and the second is May 15,2014.

Your body and metabolism is changing! You didn’t gain weight over night and its not going to come off overnight. Tell yourself that you can do this! Don’t let self doubt sabotage your hard work and progress! Push play and show up every day!
