22 MIN HARD CORPS – New Workout from Tony Horton
I gotta admit when I heard about Tony Horton’s new workout that was only 22 mins, I didn’t think it would be enough for me. I mean, I did the original p90x which was over an hour a day. I had awesome p90x results with that and I’ve coached people through p90x3, Tony’s newest program before this. So I trust Tony, I believe in his programs but I wasn’t sure.
Can you really get great results in 22 minutes a day of working out?
But after seeing Mark & Kim Briggs results (who were in the test group), I’m blown away!! I think I might stop what I’m doing and ONLY do this!
I reached out to Mark and asked him: “Was this really all from 22 Min Hard Corps?” and he confirmed, yes, he only did this program, nothing else. There IS a bonus workout you can stack on top of the others for an extra 12 minutes and he did that a few times a week.
But he confirmed that to get amazing results like this, it really does come down to being 100% on your nutrition plan. This just proves what I’ve always taught my challengers, 70-80% of your results will come from your nutrition!!!
22 Min Hard Corp Schedule & Details
This workout is an 8 week program, with an optional HELL WEEK that you can do at the very end (that’s my style! :). You’re not doing multiple 22 minute workouts a day, it really is ONE 22 minute workout a day. There are 8 routines that alternate between resistance training and total body conditioning, 6 days a week, for 8 weeks. The workouts are easy to learn and pick up.
But just because it’s 22 minutes, doesn’t mean it’s easy. The rest periods are short and this is going to really challenge you… and since it’s short, you gotta give it your ALL.
For results like I’m seeing from the test group, I don’t mind being challenged for 22 minutes!
Equipment Needed for 22 Min Hard Corps workout
Well, the great news is that you don’t need much equipment. You really just need some dumbbells and a pull-up bar. But if you can’t afford to get those yet, you can get by with resistance bands and a door-attachment.
What is the 22 Min Hard Corp Nutrition Plan like?
You’ll definitely be eating good food on the 22 Min hard Corp meal plan! The idea is not to eat less, it’s to eat BETTER. Whole foods your body knows how to digest and utilize for energy.
The program comes with the “Rations Guide” which is an army term for Nutrition Guide 🙂 Inside, you can follow it using Calories & Macros OR you can use the Portion Fix containers since each recipe provides the nutritional information for both! Great news for those of you using the 21 day fix portion control containers.
