22 Min Hard corps Review – 1st 30 days

What is 22 Minute Hard Corps Workout?

I’ll share with you my 22 Minutes Hard Corps review from my 1st 30 days, but just in case you haven’t heard of this new program from Beachbody, let me give you the quick run-down:

Tony Horton, creator of P90X, created a brand new program that’s based on military style conditioning and training!

It’s been over 10 years since P90X came out so he’s learned a lot about how to get better results in less time.

Each workout is only 22 minutes and there’s an optional 10 min core workout, 3x a week.

You rotate between doing a resistance-style workout one day and then a cardio-style workout the next, 6 days a week then take 1 day rest.

It comes with a simple nutrition guide (which I cover below in more detail).

What’s the best part about it? It’s only 22 minutes so there’s less chance you’ll skip your workout. 2nd best part? These are solid, simple moves that anyone can do! PLUS there are modified moves for you to do while you’re getting in shape.

First 30 Day impressions of 22 Mins Hard Corps

After 30 days, I finally feel like I’m able to keep up with the workouts. They still move really quickly and I swear the rep count is going faster than the ppl in the videos but whatever.

In some cases, instead of trying to do every rep they do, I simply do as many as I can with the time they give you for that exercise, then I move on when they do.

I’m really happy with the results I’ve seen in the first 30 days (See below for details) and the changes in my body.

My cardio conditioning has gone up drastically and my core strength has really improved. It’s a very noticeable change in 30 days. It can be pretty brutal your first few weeks but you just have to stick with it.

It won’t get easier, but YOU will get stronger!

When you’re struggling and feel like giving up early, remember this:

My 22 min hard corps results from first 30 days:

In 3 weeks I lost 6 lbs and after 4 weeks of 22 Minute Hard Corps and I’m already down 7 lbs!!! I’ve lost about 2 inches off my waist!

I’m a bit surprised myself because it’s only 22 minutes. It’s just a good, solid workout. Honestly, I haven’t sweat this much in years. It’s a fast paced workout.

Remember though, 80% of your results will come from what you eat so I recommend that you use the extra time you’ll have from only doing 22 minutes of exercise to focus on your meal prep. You can check out my 22 Minute Hard Corps Meal plan.

What kind of equipment do you need for 22 Minutes Hard Corps?

You really only need a few light dumbbells and a pull-up bar.  You can check it out/get it from here.

If you buy the Deluxe Kit or Challenge Pack, it comes with a sandbag that you can fill with up to 20 lbs of sand. During the workouts, you’ll see the option to use either a dumbbell or sandbag.

In this particular Resistance 1 workout, I used 15 lb dumbbells and a pull-up station but I can see myself working up to 20 lbs and 25 lbs.

If you absolutely can’t afford dumbbells and a pull-up bar (or don’t have anywhere to mount one), you CAN get by with just resistance bands and a door-attachment. Those would be fine if you want to see your 22 Minutes Hard Corps Results.

What about the 22 Min Hard Corps Rations for Results Guide?

The nutrition plan for this program is very effective — I like it a lot. Very simple, and easy to follow. They even have a section with HOW TO BREAK A WEIGHT-LOSS PLATEAU! That’s a first for ANY of Beachbody’s nutrition guides!

I went through the whole guide and made a video summarizing the key points for you. Check out my 22 Minute Hard Corps Meal Plan Simplified.
