21 Day Fix Preview
We just got to try a preview copy of the new 21 Day Fix workout by Autumn Calabrese! Beachbody sent us one of the workouts 2 weeks in advance for being an Elite Coach! We shot a quick video giving you a sneak peek of what it’s like and our first impressions!
Finally a program that teaches portion control and helps you with exactly what to eat! And they say you can lose 10-15 lbs in 21 days? This is the perfect program to lose weight quickly for vacation or an important event, or to fit into a wedding dress in 21 days!
The new program is called the 21 Day Fix
It was created by fitness competitor and model, Autumn Calabrese. If you’ve had a baby, you may know her for her healthy pregnancy workouts and blogs at ModernMom.com. She was also the founder of Mighty Mommies Fitness.
She’s been a personal trainer for quite some time and she now created a program that includes 21 days of 30 minute workouts, a simple eating system that helps you with portion control and exactly what to eat.
No weighing, measuring or counting calories, carbs or points — If it fits in the container, you can eat it!
And you can lose up to 15 lbs in 21 days!

A little bit more about Autumn Calabrese
Autumn is a bikini competitor, model AND a certified personal trainer for kettle bell and spin classes. She is known for her simple eating programs that help people with portion control and establishing healthy habits. She helps every day people as well as celebrities. She is also Beachbody’s newest trainer! We’re excited to have her part of the team!
What’s included in the 21 day fix?
It comes different workouts for 21 days, each only 30 minutes. The 21 day fix also includes 7 food containers, a shaker cup and a nutrition plan that shows you what to eat! There’s no weighing, measuring, or counting calories, carbs or points!!! If it fits in the container, you eat it! and you’ll lose weight. When eaten in the right quantities, there are no foods that are off limits!
Who is the 21 day fix program for?
In the test group that Beachbody ran, it included people who were already fit, as well as people with 100+ lbs to lose. Everyone can do the 21 day fix and get great results. AND it can be repeated. There’s a lady who’s repeated it 5 times and is down over 50lbs!
